Does this work wherever my truck operates?
We provide remote setup and support for food trucks across the United States. Your signup page travels with your truck. Share your regular service area during the demo so we can confirm the right setup.
Do I need to change my checkout system?
We review how you take orders and demonstrate the supported purchase-recording process before enrollment. The right method must fit your checkout routine. Automatic POS purchase capture is not included or promised; any integration is confirmed separately.
What happens when someone earns a reward?
You choose how many qualifying purchases earn a reward and what the reward will be. We configure your chosen rule during setup and demonstrate earning and redemption before launch. Your business defines qualifying purchases and covers the reward cost.
Are Google reviews tied to the free item?
No. Customers earn rewards from purchases, never from reviews. Review requests invite honest feedback without screening customers by rating. Your business needs an eligible Google Business Profile and a working review link; eligibility is checked during setup.
What does setup cost?
The Loyalty + Google Review Engine has a $147 one-time setup charge. The ongoing service is $197 per month after the 7-day free trial.
Are there costs beyond $197/month?
Text and email usage, phone rental, sender registration and any paid third-party tools are separate. We explain the expected charges before activation. Physical signs, printing, reward items and custom POS integrations are not included.
When does my 7-day trial start?
After setup is ready and you have agreed to the enrollment terms and trial dates. Requesting a demo does not start a trial, create a subscription or collect payment. After the trial, the plan is $197/month under the terms confirmed with you.
